Previous cover artist Jeneba Kaneh-Mason (issue 138 cover), performs works by Chopin, Scarlatti and Scriabin the day before - on 26 Sept.

Clare Hammond takes to the Wigmore Hall stage on 3 October with works by Beethoven, Chopin, Mozart, Clara Schumann and Fauré. Clare gives a lesson on Fauré's Nocturne No 8 inside the current issue, and she'll be performing the piece at her recital – so you can hear how it should be played!
